Circle Centre Mall

Circle Centre Mall is a large indoor shopping mall located in downtown Indianapolis. It is bounded by Illinois Street, Washington Street, Meridian Street and Georgia Street. Plans for a downtown Indianapolis mall had been in development since 1979 but it wasn’t until 1995 that the mall opened its doors to the public. The mall has 100 stores and consists of four levels. The third level features a food court and the fourth level was devoted to entertainment, including a brewery and other over 21 attractions. Today, there is a GameWorks arcade and a nine-screen movie theater. The mall is anchored by Nordstrom and Carson Pirie Scott. Aside from the wonderful shopping available and the many great eateries, the Circle Centre Mall also hosts a number of events throughout the year.

A glass dome called the Arts Garden is where you’ll find the Children’s Choir performing. It is a lovely concert hall used for other such events as well. At the Circle Centre Mall there are several choices of exotic food, shopping and entertainment so an overnight stay in Indianapolis would be a very enjoyable trip.
